“Best waterfront Development Built Award” - Tamdeen Real Estate company recently won the "Best waterfront Development” award from Cityscape Awards Real Estate Middle East 2009 for its iconic Fahaheel waterfront Development Project - Al Kout. Alkout project was recognized for its distinguished achievement in waterfront development concept, during the Abu Dhabi Cityscape Exhibition 2009, one of the most highly recognized real estate investment and development exhibitions in the region.
The event was a gala dinner awards ceremony held at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi on Sunday April 19, 2009. The ceremony included the distribution of Excellence Awards in architecture, with the aim of honoring real estate companies within the investment and development sector. The event was well attended by leading architects in the industry, providing an ideal opportunity to meet peers and exchange ideas.
